The present General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "GTC") govern the terms of use of the Fuvarborze.hu website ("Service"). Please read these GTC carefully before using our services. By accepting the terms contained herein, every User acknowledges and agrees to comply with the rules and conditions.

2. Accessing the Service

2.1. User Scope

Access to the Service is granted to carriers ("Carrier") and clients ("Client"). By registering, Users confirm that they are legally competent and can enter into a legally binding agreement. The purpose of the service is to create an efficient connection among the participants of the transportation market, ensuring fast and simple communication.

2.2. Registration

To use the Service, Users must register. During registration, Users are required to provide accurate information. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the deletion of the registration. In the verification of data, the Service Provider reserves the right to request further information to verify the User's identity.

2.3. Use by Clients

Clients can use the Service free of charge. No fees are charged for advertisements placed by Clients and transportation offers. This allows Clients to freely search for the best transportation solutions and contact Carriers directly.


3. Subscription Services

3.1. Carrier Subscription

Carriers can access the full functionality of the platform through a weekly, monthly, or yearly subscription. The subscription allows Clients to view offers, contact them, and use other premium features. Subscriptions are processed through the Stripe payment system, but for yearly subscriptions, there is an option for pre-transfer payments. The flexibility of subscriptions caters to every Carrier’s needs.

3.2. Automatically Renewing Subscriptions

The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the specified period unless the subscriber cancels it via the Fuvarborze control panel before the due date. We will send an email notification regarding the renewal and the deduction of the next period's fee. This system ensures that Users can continuously enjoy the uninterrupted operation of the service.

With an automatically renewing subscription, the subscription fee will be deducted from the bank card at each due date. The subscription can be canceled at any time before the due date, meaning there is no loyalty period. Cancellation and management of subscriptions (e.g., payment method or card modifications) can be initiated from the Fuvarborze control panel after logging in. In case of cancellation, no further charges will occur on the bank card on the following due date, but the User can restart their subscription later, paying the subscription fee in effect at that moment. In the event of cancellation, we cannot guarantee that the fee will remain at the same amount upon restart. If the cancellation is not made by the due date, the bank card will be automatically charged and the subscription fee will be deducted, thus making the subscription valid until the next due date.

The service fees charged on Fuvarborze come with an invoice that includes 0% VAT due to "tax exemption"!

Fuvarborze uses the automatically renewing credit card subscription service from Stripe.com.

The credit card details used for the subscription are not stored, managed, or accessed by Fuvarborze. The payment process takes place within the closed and secure system of Stripe.com.

3.3. Cancellation

The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time through the Fuvarborze control panel, which will take effect at the end of the next billing cycle. Cancellation does not result in a refund for the already paid period. The cancellation process is quick and straightforward, facilitating decision-making for subscribers.

3.4. Use of the FREE package without subscription

If you want to send freight offers without a subscription while committing to a platform usage fee, you need to activate the FREE package! In this case, you only need to pay if you successfully conclude a deal on the platform. In the case of the FREE package, the payable platform usage fee amounts to 12% of the net freight fee for van transport (up to 1200 kg), car transport (up to 2500 kg), and moving. For larger vehicle needs, meaning goods heavier than 1,200 kg, the fee is 6% of the net freight fee. To activate the FREE package, you must link a valid credit card to your account! We will automatically charge your card the amount of the platform usage fee if the client accepts the freight offer you sent, thus creating a transportation service contract electronically on the platform. If we cannot charge the linked card due to insufficient funds or other reasons, the client will not be able to accept your freight offer. In this case, the process will fail, all offers you sent will be deactivated, the linked credit card will be deleted from the platform, and access to the FREE package will be disabled. If this happens, you can still reactivate the FREE package at any time by linking a new card or setting up another card. The FREE package can be canceled at any time, and you can unlink the credit card anytime in the control panel. Important! If you had a previous balance due on the platform, meaning your balance is negative, we will automatically charge the linked card with that amount as well. You can check your balance amount in the control panel. If the fulfillment of the electronically created shipping service contract fails due to the client’s fault and you confirm the case on the client’s profile page with a negative rating, we will refund the deducted fee to your balance account. In the case of multiple bidding offers, the platform usage success fee is multiplied by the number of rounds. For example, after a 10-round, 3000 kg shipment, for which an offer of 100 EUR/round was received, the success fee calculation is as follows: 10 X 100 EUR / 0.06 = 60 EUR

In a case of 10 rounds at 1000 EUR/round, 600 EUR success fee must be paid. In this case, the efficiency of the PRO subscription should be considered. You can change your subscription from the FREE package to the PRO subscription at any time, but we cannot accept later claims if you find the amount charged to the card too high.


4. Payment Terms

4.1. Fees and Payment

The subscription fees are set by the Service Provider periodically and are indicated on the website. All fees are in Hungarian Forint ("HUF"), unless otherwise stated. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify subscription fees, and Users will be notified in advance. To ensure transparency, we provide detailed information about the reasons and effects of the modifications.

4.2. Billing

When using paid services, the Service Provider will issue an invoice for the user, which will be sent to the email address provided during registration. The invoice will be generated based on the billing information provided by the user. Invoices comply with current legal requirements and include precise definitions of the services used. Due to the tax exemption (AAM), invoices for service fees contain 0% VAT. Invoices are generated not manually but using our pre-programmed IT system, through the service of Billingo.hu. If the user incorrectly provides billing information and an erroneous invoice is generated with incorrect data, we will charge a 3,000 HUF administrative service fee for the cancellation of the invoice and the manually issued new invoice.


5. User Obligations

  • The User may not use the Service for unlawful or unethical purposes.
  • The User is obligated to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
  • The User is obligated to pay subscription fees on time.
